Shipping and returns
At Other Half, providing an exceptional experience for you and your dog is our top priority. That's why we offer a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email returns@otherhalf.com, and we'll gladly issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges) for your first order.
Our policy allows 30 days for you to let your dog enjoy a full jar of our chews. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for requests made after this period.
To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to our corporate headquarters. Refunds are limited to one purchase per customer and apply only to your first order. We cannot honor refunds for purchases of three or more items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Please note that a $9 shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund for U.S. returns.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to post.
If you still haven't received your refund after this, please reach out to us at returns@otherhalf.com.
Sale Items
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price or the price paid, whichever is lower.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace any items that arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at returns@otherhalf.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then be notified of your return.
Shipping
To return your product, please email returns@otherhalf.com, and we’ll provide you with a free shipping label.
If you choose not to use our free shipping label, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refund Policy Abuse
If we suspect any attempts to abuse our return policy or act in bad faith, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or any other provisions outlined in this policy.
Subject to Change
Other Half reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. All customers are entitled to the Return Policy effective at the date of purchase, not the date of return.
